It's 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, which means your entire family or team can get here without a mountain drive or a flight. The neighborhood is residential and quiet — we're good neighbors, and we ask our guests to be too.
Inside, the main house has five master bedrooms with en-suite baths, a bunk room, and lofted sleeping spaces overlooking the grand living areas. The kitchen is built for cooking at scale — dual ovens, gas cooktops, Keurig and pour-over coffee, and enough counter space that three people can prep without bumping elbows. The dining room seats the whole crew.
After dinner, move to the private movie theater — a dedicated room with tiered seating big enough for the whole family or the whole team. Spend the next morning at the pool, shoot hoops on the mini basketball court, or grill lunch at the outdoor kitchen while the kids play in the courtyard.
A separate King Suite connects to the main house by an enclosed passageway and overlooks both the front lawn and the pool. It's the natural spot for grandparents who want their own space, or the team lead who needs a quiet room for morning calls.
