The space
Though Castle CLT may look like the perfect venue for a grand celebration, all events and gatherings must be approved in advance. Tucked into a quiet Charlotte neighborhood, this unforgettable estate rises above its surroundings with striking stone and stucco exteriors, arched balconies, and sweeping hip roofs that set the tone from the moment you arrive.
Outside, the centerpiece is a stunning seasonal pool—open and inviting, it’s perfect for lazy afternoons and sunny mornings alike. Surrounding it, you’ll find stone courtyards, a mini basketball court, and ample space for grilling, lounging, and gathering. Dine al fresco in the outdoor kitchen, stretch out on sun-drenched patios, or cool off with a swim before retreating to your own private movie theater—spacious enough for everyone to unwind together.
Inside the Main Living Quarters in Castle CLT features five master bedrooms with en-suite baths, a dedicated bunk room, and multiple sleeping spaces and grand living areas.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the pool, grounds, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, and Main Quarters of the home. During your stay, the entire property is yours—no shared spaces, no other guests, just room to relax and enjoy it all in privacy.

Parking is limited to six vehicles, and street parking is not permitted at any time.
